We custom design and manufacture small electric motors for medical equipment, instrumentation, industrial equipment, machinery automation, HVAC, office equipment, and many other custom applications. Our unique designs provide precise, reliable motors with unmatched performance-to-size ratios. Our motors are simple and versatile, making them well suited for customization and manufacturing. These factors, coupled with Just-In-Time manufacturing and quality assurance programs, have made HAYDON a key source for companies that require quality motors from a responsive supplier. We currently ship our extensive line of can-stack steppers throughout the world to OEMs in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Haydon’s testing facility is able to perform all required qualification testing. In-house testing capabilities include, among others:

• mass spectrometry leak detection
• sine and random vibration
• temperature and humidity; salt spray
• acceleration; and shock test

Haydon is ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100:2004 Rev B certified, FDA Registered and D1-9000 registered.
The Haydon test lab routinely performs life and reliability testing. The lab also performs failure analysis and prototype testing.

In addition to a full line of standard motors, switches and actuators, Haydon offers a broad range of customized products to meet customer applications. Whether it's a small refinement to an existing product, or a completely new design, Haydon has the experience and technical capabilities to meet our clients' needs.

As a fully integrated manufacturer, Haydon can quickly provide prototypes that exactly meet dimensional, material and performance specifications. With our in-house machine-, model and tool & die shops, Haydon consistently ships standard prototypes within 48 hours.

Many OEM's take advantage of Haydon's extensive experience in assembling electromechanical components by having us manufacture their instruments or subassemblies. Our FDA registered facilities employ efficient technologies and manufacturing methods and the products are proudly made by a skilled, empowered and highly motivated workforce.

As part of our commitment to providing our customers with the flexibility and quality they need, Haydon has built extensive cellular production capabilities that allow us to quickly turn around large and small production runs cost effectively. While products are assembled in the United States, many components are sourced overseas to assure global competitiveness.
